Our
Story

Origins

The name Lineage was not chosen lightly. It carries with it the weight of countless generations, the essence of family, and the undeniable importance of knowing where we come from. In a world where borders, cultures, and ethnicities have intertwined over centuries, the question of lineage has never been more critical. Lineage DNA Testing was born out of a need—a profound need to:

  1. preserve the integrity of our bloodlines

  2. understand who we are

  3. know where we come from, and

  4. to know how we are connected.

The origins of Lineage lie in the deep, unshakable belief that understanding one's lineage is fundamental to understanding oneself. Whether for the pursuit of ancestry, to clarify familial relationships, or for legal reasons, knowing one's lineage provides clarity and certainty. It brings peace to the heart and soul by affirming the ties that bind us. Our name, Lineage DNA Testing, encapsulates this mission: to help every individual discover and affirm their true connections, free from confusion or doubt.

Our Purpose

Lineage DNA Testing Corp exists to bring truth and clarity to the most fundamental relationships in our lives. In a world where history is often obscured, and records have been lost or never existed, DNA testing offers a reliable path back to our roots. When family members seek to clarify their connection to a deceased relative, DNA testing can provide the answers they need, giving a voice to those who have passed. In situations involving infidelity, paternity disputes, or cases of incest, DNA testing brings much-needed truth and resolution. And in criminal investigations, it has the power to either exonerate or implicate individuals with undeniable accuracy. Our services span a variety of testing scenarios, from uncovering ancestral heritage to confirming vital relationships.

For many, including our founder, this journey is profoundly personal.

A tragedy struck our founder’s family when her brother was tragically killed, never having the chance to meet his unborn child—her nephew. While the family was certain of their connection to the child, a DNA test was necessary to legally establish the relationship between the child and his grandmother, allowing for a legal name change. This deeply personal experience highlighted the critical importance of knowing one's lineage—not only for legal clarity but also as a way of giving voice to her deceased brother. The confirmation provided by the DNA test offered both spiritual and emotional peace, bringing comfort through the undeniable truth.

Why Knowing Your Lineage Matters through DNA Testing:

  • Family Identity and Heritage: Understanding your lineage through DNA testing is crucial for maintaining your family’s legacy. It confirms biological relationships and helps preserve cultural, familial, and historical connections. Knowing your ancestry ensures that your family’s story and heritage are passed down accurately to future generations. This clarity strengthens family bonds and shows respect for your roots.

  • Inheritance Rights: In cases of disputed inheritance, DNA testing can prove who is biologically entitled to inherit. This is especially important when legal documents like wills are missing or when someone claims to be an unknown child or relative of the deceased. DNA testing can prevent fraudulent claims and make sure the rightful heirs receive what they deserve.

  • Medical Benefits: DNA testing can also reveal important information about your health. It can show if you or your family members are at risk for certain genetic conditions, helping you make informed healthcare decisions. Knowing your genetic background can also be vital in organ donation or emergency medical situations. This information can play a life-saving role in both preventative care and medical emergencies.

  • Legal Necessity: Establishing paternity or grandparentage is often required for legal matters like child custody, child support, inheritance, or even changing a child’s name. Courts rely on accurate DNA results to recognize rightful relationships, ensuring legal processes are fair and based on facts.

  • Spiritual and Cultural Connection: In many cultures and religions, understanding your lineage is considered sacred. It connects you to your ancestors and can deepen your sense of identity and belonging within your faith and cultural heritage.

  • Uncovering Historical Records: DNA testing can help fill in missing pieces of your family’s history. By revealing biological truths, it can reconnect you with lost or hidden parts of your family tree, helping you better understand where you come from.

Lineage has always been important, even in the Bible, where many books begin by listing the genealogies of God's chosen people. These records not only traced family history but also fulfilled prophecies like the one that foretold the Messiah would come from the line of David (Isaiah 11:1). By including Jesus' lineage in Scripture (Matthew 1:1-17 and Luke 3:23-38), God confirmed His connection to David. In biblical times, knowing one's ancestry was essential to proving identity and claiming the blessings promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It also helped people understand their role in God's plan and secure spiritual and land inheritances.

Just as lineage was vital in the Bible, it should be important to us today. Following God's example, we have a responsibility to preserve and honor the integrity of our ancestral lines, ensuring our family history is passed down with accuracy and respect.

At Lineage DNA Testing, we understand that knowing your ancestry is more than just about curiosity—it helps complete the story of who you are and the deeper connections you share with those around you. Lineage isn't just about the past; it's about understanding your place in the world and your relationship with the divine.

Our Mission

Lineage DNA Testing was inspired by a vision to support those, especially men, who are at risk of losing their lineage, their ancestral ties, and their spiritual connection due to uncertainty about their offspring. From the dawn of humanity, the continuation of one’s lineage has been a fundamental purpose of life. When a man does not know his biological children, or when children do not know their true biological father, a spiritual disconnect occurs. This disconnect can have unseen but profound consequences.

We advocate for truth in all aspects of lineage. For mothers, fathers, children, and grandparents, knowing the truth about one’s family connections is not just important—it’s imperative. From situations of baby-switching in hospitals to suspicions of non-paternity, and even in the darkest cases of incest where clarity is desperately needed, Lineage DNA Testing stands as a beacon of truth. We believe in the power of knowledge to heal, to connect, and to empower every individual to take ownership of their history, their family, and their future.

At Lineage DNA Testing, we are committed to helping you discover the truth, because nothing is more important than knowing where you come from—and knowing who is truly connected to you by blood, by history, and by spirit.
